Currently, we are vendors with Heartland Charter School and Monarch River Academy. If you are a student at either of these schools, we would be happy to provide classes to you under their vendor services program. Contact your school for their instructions on how to request services.
Once approved, we will receive a certificate for services for a specific period of time, usually one month. Once this certificate is received, you can register/enroll in a class through our website. We are unable to provide services until we receive a certificate from your school. Because your tuition for recreational classes is being paid by a third party, we will enter a future drop date for the end of the month. If we do not receive a future certificate for additional services, your enrollment will end and no further action is needed from you. Occasionally, we may receive a certificate from the school late, and that sometimes creates a gap in continuity of your enrollment – this is out of our control because we are not permitted to provide services without the school’s certificate. If you would like to continue to take classes with us but are no longer utilizing vendor services through your school, please let us know and we can arrange for you to remain in your class. If for any reason you are still utilizing vendor services but need to take a break from classes, be sure to reach out and let us know that as well.
For competitive teams and pre-teams, because the commitment is greater than month-to-month enrollment (Team commitment is July 1 – May 30), we will not perform an automatic drop at the end of your certificate period.
