Galaxy is launching Adaptive Gymnastics classes in the Fall of 2026! Classes will be led by caring coaches with experience teaching children with different needs. Adaptive classes take place in our gym during quieter hours to provide a better experience for children who might feel overwhelmed during our busy hours. We offer three different class formats: 1:1 Coaching where your child is paired with one coach for individualized instruction; 1:4 Independent Group Classes where one coach leads four athletes without caregiver assistance, and 1:4 Parent Assisted Group Classes where a parent or caregiver joins their child in the gym and helps guide their child through the exercises as needed.
We welcome children of all needs and abilities in our gym, and we are so excited to be able to offer these smaller classes to students who would benefit from a quieter, smaller class format.
